Difference between goals and objective

Request for product related understanding. @Oracle Professionals

  1. We have Fusion Goal Management module that uses a terminology as :

Goal Plan and "Goals" and Goals have "Tasks" under them

  1. We are currently using Oracle Performance Management (eBusiness Suite HRMS) in this we have the terminology as "Objectives"

Performance Management Plan - Objectives and we do not have anything below the objectives here...

Now we going to use Fusion Cloud.

Can you please share with me the difference between Objective (in eBusiness Suite HRMS) and Goals in (Fusion HCM) ???
