How do I view list of employees without a person profile / skills & quals page?

Summary:

We currently have the Autocreate Person Profile box checked, but we don't have the HRT_CREATE_PROFILE_FOR_NEW_HIRE profile option set up, which, if I've understood correctly, means the person profile will only be created when someone visits the Skills & Quals or Talent Ratings pages for that individual.

How do I find out which employees do / do not currently have a person profile?

We've been advised to set the start date for the HRT_CREATE_PROFILE_FOR_NEW_HIRE profile option to 01/01/2016, which is before we went live with core HR & talent. Does this mean the system will automatically create the person profile for those individuals already in the system who don't have one?
