Is it possible to turn off the mandatory attachment setting on absence when loading data with HDL?

Summary:

We have certain absence types where attachment is set to Mandatory for Admin/Empoyee. There are few departments where this data will come from a third party. When we are trying to load that data using REST API, the validations comes into picture and it is throwing below error:

Is there any option using which we can make this validatio turn off for REST/HDL loads while it should keep on working if absence entry is made from UI?
