Approval Rule - HR applying leaves on employee's behalf and employee's Manager to be first approver

We have a scenario where an HR is applying for a leave on employee's behalf. However, after submission of the leave, the first approver has to be the employee's Line Manager. But we are not able to see the option of choosing the worker's Line Manager in the Management Hierarchy. Please suggest the approval workflow for this scenario.
