FYI Notification error:8, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_as1_03

Summary:

Hello, a manager received a FYI notification with this following error message :

"An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information. An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 8, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_as1_03, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP."

After checking, I was able to find this notification in the worklist, I ran it and was able to see the content.


Could you please help to understand this error message ?
