Timecards Available to Multiple Managers after Local Transfer

When an employee transfers locally, the old manager still sees the time card for the departed employee and the new manager needs to search for the newly transferred employee

Employes often transfer locally within our company. We are currently experiencing an issue where the new manager cannot see the employee's timecard without having to search My Team Time for the employee. Additionally, the previous manager still shows the employee in their time list. I am assuming we are missing a scheduled process on either the HR core side or the time and labor side. Hoping someone may be able to help guide us in the right direction. Thanks!
