custom time attributes in time entry formula

How can we fetch the custom time attributes in time entry formula during edit of time card. We have a requirement that custom time attributes can't be changed during time card edit. These custom attributes can only be selected during time card row creation. We are trying to create fast formula to stop them from changing. How can we fetch the previous custom time attributes in fast formula of time entry rule.
