How to load performance ratings in decimals in employee profile

Summary:

We are using our own custom system for employee's performance management and once the employee evaluation is completed we get two ratings (Performance Rating and Potential Rating). Our requirement is that we should be able to upload the ratings obtained back into the employee profile, and the ratings obtained are in decimals. Is there any way to load the decimal ratings into the employee profiles using HDL.
