Evaluate Absence vs absence type validation Formula

We are using a custom absence type validation formula and seems like evaluate absence jobs cannot pass through it.

We have written a custom validation formula which has a condition that when the attributes is choosen as YES, the leave start date should be applied 45 days in advance. Below is the condition.

Now the order of events goes as below.

1. Absence added 45 days in advance
2. a calendar event is added into the system 10 days after the above absence. Consider now the absence is 35 days away.
3. Evaluate absence triggers and tries to adjust the absence duration but fails due to validation and log shows below error.
