Which DBI can be used to capture decimal goal weight?

For custom Goal rating logic (both employee and manager) we have a fast formula defined. The ff uses HRA_EVAL_GOAL_RATING_FC_ITEM_WEIGHT for capturing the Goal Weight. But we recently found out that this DBI captures Goal weightage from HRA_EVAL_ITEMS.WEIGHT. This attribute only stores goal weight in whole numbers and ignores the decimal points. For this reason, the FF is unable to calculate correct goal ratings for employees. We need to determine another UE that can be used in place of this.
