Query on eligibility profiles in absence management

Summary:

Hi All, As per the requirement the sick leave in Dubai is applicable to the employees whose Length of service is(LOS) is 6 months.

But the employee is working from past 5 years in India and got Global transferred to Dubai, client want to give sick leave to this employee since he is a old employee in India, even though he is new to Dubai legislation and not completed 6 months of service in Dubai.

Kindly suggest if this is possible.
