Manager needs to edit performance document after employee provides final feedback

We are implementing Performance management module and have below requirement which is critical for go-live:

Current Performance workflow - 1. Worker self-evaluation, 2. Manager evaluation of worker, 3. Manager Share performance document, 4. Employee Acknowledge performance document, 5. Employee provides final feedback, 6. Manager provides final feedback, 7. First Approval.

Requirement - Manager should be able to edit the performance document between task 5 & 6. After employee shares final feedback, manager should be able to edit the evaluation and submit the manager final feedback. Currently, Performance document is visible in view mode at this step and manager is not able to edit the performance document, they are able to provide only manager final feedback.
