GET_ACCRUAL_BALANCE is not working as expected

Hi -

We have a requirement to use Global Absence Carryover type of Fast Formula to get the remaining balance of previous year and have it as a carryover for current year.

However, we noticed that the output value of the Fast Formula is in correct.

2023 ending balance is 78.14

When the 'Calculate Accruals and Balances' job process is run. The returned carryover value is only .14.

We are using attached fast formula for the carryover.
