Privilege to view the Performance App under My client groups tab

Hi experts,

I am creating a custom job role which should be able to view the various tasks within the Performance app under MY client groups tab.

Anyway, the custom role is only able to view the various tasks as quick actions under the Talent section, but the Performance app doesn't appear. Am I missing some privileges?
