Is there any new feature other than Redwood look and feel in Time & Labor starting 24A?

In reference to the below communication from Oracle on T&L Redwood Transition:

"Starting with Oracle Fusion Cloud Update 24A, new features in Fusion Time and Labor will be delivered exclusively in the Redwood experience. As a result, all current users of the classic timecards must transition to the Redwood user experience PRIOR to receiving Update 24D. We strongly suggest you begin the transition now to ensure business continuity. "


Can anyone help and clarify the details below:

What is meant by "New Features", Is it more look and feel (bells and whistles), or more like regulatory compliance changes?

Will Oracle continue to support existing T&L Classic UI? If so, until when? 24D?
