Import Installed Base Assets end with following error - ORA-01436: CONNECT BY loop in user data

We are trying to Import Maintenance Assets through FBDI.

The Load Interface ESS gets Succeeded. However, the Import Installed Base Assets end with following error - ORA-01436: CONNECT BY loop in user data.

The above error is simply shown below the Process Details section. No Log file is getting generated as well.

What could be the reason ?
