Bonus Supplemental Budget

Summary:

Bonus is Worker level budgeting and the budget is calculated with a dynamic calculation. The ask is that there is an Additional Supplemental Bonus Budget ($ Amount) to be held at the CEO's Directs.

Ideas that were considered: Additional Bonus Budget with Additional Bonus component but can the Bonus Compensation Component but this idea wasn't viable.

Miscellaneous Rate to be included in the Overall Bonus budget but this can't be held at the CEO's directs.

Other ideas???
