Custom Fast Formula for Accrual

Summary:

In Ebs, we have custom Fast Formula where it will check the eligibility of employees & allocate leave to the employees.

For example – permanent allocate 28 days' Vacation Leave per year & Fixed term allocate 2.33 vacation leave per month. 

Can anyone please help me on this configuration in fusion applications.
