Calculated section rating based on specific participant feedback?

Hi all,

Our business are seeking advice on whether or not it is possible to determine the calculated section rating for a performance document based on the evaluation of a specific participant using fast formulas?

Our use case is that we want to load a generic participant to each workers performance document with indicative ratings based on their actual performance. Ideally we would want the section rating to calculate using only this participants score so that the worker and manager would only need to input their own section rating.

Because of this we would not gather item ratings for the worker or manager user. We would also want the weighting of any other participants to be 0.
