Absence Management Third party integration

Hi Experts,

We have following scenario:

  1. Oracle HCM will be used as UI to enter employee leaves with no balances in plans
  2. Third party system is accruing balances and we want this balances to be sent overnight into the Oracle absence plans.

Has anyone done this type of integration in the past. What are the considerations and steps required. Any help around this will be appreciated.
