Make a dff obligatory in expenses screen

Summary:

Dear all,

we have created descriptive flexible fields in expenses (create item expense screen), and this DFF has conditions that have been made in sandbox (example: this "x" field is visible if the item expense is "Y "). Our requirement is therefore to make this dff obligatory. I was able to do this, but when invisible it is also required, so we have this problem .. kindly advise.
