Issue with employees whose first paycheck was not a full one in workforce comp plan

Hello,

We have a incentive workforce comp plan for hourly and salaried employees. This issue is only concerning hourly employees. We have no issues for anyone except a set of few employees whose first paycheck was not a full one i.e. they were hired in the middle of a payroll cycle and hence their first paycheck was one week out of a two week cycle. This is regardless of the date they were hired. I can see someone hired in August 2023 or April 2023 and they all face the same issue. I have checked the fast formulas and couldnt find
