Database package body ar_ess_wrapper_pkg required

We tried below query in Reports & Analytics but there is no output returned. Package Body we were not able to get from Reports & Analytics

select TEXT from all_source where type like 'PACKAGE BODY' AND name like '%AR_ESS_WRAPPER_PKG%'

We are able to get only the Package Spec through below query

select TEXT from all_source where type like 'PACKAGE%' AND name like '%AR_ESS_WRAPPER_PKG%'

We are checking the feasibility to call ar_ess_wrapper_pkg.call_generate_late_charge through BIP Report (Procedure call) for creating Late Charge through custom solution.
