Creation of Volunteer Leave plan and Absence Type

Hi Team,

We wanted to create a Volunteer Leave plan with the below specifications;

All full and part-time permanent employees are eligible,

After six (6) months of continuous employment, to one (1) working day (either in one 1 full working day or two 2 half-working days) in each calendar year.  

Please help me in configuring this plan. Thanks in advance!!
