Hi,

We want to find a way to restrict access of Line Manager, to view only. So, need to clarify two things:

  1. For now, the managers are auto provisioned with the data role: Time and Labor View Manager Hierarchy. However, this role seems to provide broader access (more than view). Is there a way to edit it so coach/line manager can only visualize his coachees time cards?
  2. Also, another question: in the Worker Time Entry Profile, we have a Line Manager view: I have restricted access to view only, however managers can do more actions on their subordinates time cards. Can you please let us know the way this Line Manager view apply to managers? Should managers have a certain role assigned?
