2022 Pending goals

Summary:

We have a few employee Goals that are pending from the 2022 old Goal Plan and Notifications are triggering to Managers.

If we withdraw/Terminate pending transaction's from BPM/ transaction console , will it trigger any notification to employees or Manager?

Can we withdraw in bulk from BPM or any other option?

Please advise.
