Change the text in Goal Notification header

Hello All,

We have bypassed our goal approvals for this year and enabled the talent notifications. In our requirement they need to rename the 'Goals' to 'Focus Area' therefore in the bell icon notifications through the Bip Reporting we are able to change the text for the message but for the header we are unable to do the changes.

Can you please provide us the steps on how to change the text from 'Goal' to 'Focus Area' in the header for the employee and manager notifications.
