Goal plan creation has an extra value under Evaluation Type

Hi,

While creating Goal Plan we noticed there was an extra value rather than Default under the Evaluation Type=> CDRM_DEV_Evaluation_Type.


Is this something which has been included in 24A ? can it be removed or hidden using any setup options?
