How to change message type

Hi,

I want to change a message type from "Warning" to "Information" from "Manage massages" task.

On performance document during the managerial evaluation, the warning (that I want to change) tell me that the sum of goals is not equal to 100% (on goal plan we don't have enabled the check on the 100% of the sum of goals weight).

On the task i searched for Message Name (HRA_DOCS_RUI_SUM_OF_WT_WARN) and Message Number (960424) and I changed the Message type from "Warning" to "Information". But when I try to perform the actions to display it I still see the message as a warning and not as information.
