Questionnaire relating to employee information

Hi all,

For our customer we have configured an offboarding journey that involves the compilation (by an HR user) of a questionnaire related to employee information. Some of this employee information already exists on the platform. Is there a way to extract data already on the employee and make it available in the offboarding journey?
