Can there be a notice sent to Manager's Manager and HR if the Manager misses check-in?
Summary:
Hi Peers,
Our client has a requirement.
Upon joining the organization, everyone needs to be put on 6 month probation. At the end of this there has to be an evaluation. However, even after 3 months, managers should do a 'check-in' with the probationary employees.
Is there a way to
1) send out a reminder/alert near the end of 3 months of probation to the employee's manager that their check-in is due?
2) If the check-in doesn't happen after 3 months, send out an email to the HR and the Manager's Manager that the check-in was missed?
Thanks and regards,
