Development Goals in Performance Document

Hi Team,

We see a very strange issue, where Employee has added a Development Goal directly in Performance Document, but inside Performance Document Development Goal section the item shows as 0 Item, when we open the section we see the Goal Present. Attached screenshot. We do not see this issue for all employees, but for this one employee we see this issue.
