We are looking to load employee license and certification information via a HSDL load

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have not been able to successfully build a HSDL that will load this information. It's in Me>Career and Performance>Skills and Qualifications. Does it need to be loaded via the enhance talent profile object? I have attached a screenshot where we would like to load this, to help give a better idea:
