How do we enable only Talent Profile Option in My client Groups > Profiles

Summary: We need a custom role that only allow someone to earch people talent profiels and really only skills and qualifications to be able to update them. We have tried many of the roles below but most add nothing and the search talen profiles adds all four icons in the screenshot. Please advise.

Adding these do not work: It makes it so My client groups do not even show.
