Biometric Integration Design

We have a face recognition biometric system that needs to be integrated with Oracle HCM Cloud. Our understanding is that Oracle provides a Time Requests API which needs to be utilized by a third-party application to input the data. However, our biometric system currently lacks the capability to directly call external APIs such as the Oracle Time Requests API.

We are seeking a solution to automate this integration without resorting to third-party integration apps, as we aim to avoid additional budgetary expenses. Your suggestions are highly appreciated.
