How to prorate salary based on the Assigned Payroll change

Summary: We need to move the employees from Semi-monthly to Biweekly, during the transition we want the Proration to happen as per new assigned Payroll.

We assigned the new payroll after 4 days in the period and dont want to pay these 4 days in the period. However the system is paying for the complete period.
