Absence plan type
Customer needs Absence plan for transfer of remaining balance of regular plan instead of using Carry-over.
The new plan should only be enabled for administrators to adjust the balance. remaining days of a regular plan at the end of a year will be transferred to this plan as adjustment with as date January 1th of the new year.
There is now regular accrual calculation for the plan, but hours or days are just kept in the plan and when worker leaves the company, those hours / days will be paid out. Or for some countries will be paid out after X years.
