Exclude executives from nudges and alerts

Summary: While executives are included in our goal, check-in, and performance eligibility profiles, we would like to exclude them from receiving associated nudges and alerts. Has anyone come up with a way to address this? While we could write custom bursted email reports in OTBI, we would like to leverage the native nudges/alerts. Thoughts?
