How to get the Order lookup dff details into OM extension

Summary:

Created the lookup with dff details in Manage Order Lookup. I can able to fetch the fields like lookupcode, description, tag and meaning etc. By using the PVO "oracle.apps.sales.loyalty.program.publicView.view.FndLookupValuesPVO".

Add the dff fields to that lookup, how can we fetch the lookup details into order management extensions.
