Unable to see add button under feedback requests about me

Summary:

We have configured a Feedback Template. When we go into Me> Career and Performance> Feedback, I am not able to see the Add button against Feedback Requests about me.

We are using seeded Employee role which has privileges related to Feedback and Notes

What could be the potential issue?
