Can Revisions be Created for Internal Material Transfer (IMT) Orders?

Hi , we would like to implement transfer orders with fulfilment through OM. we would like to update some attributes including flexfields.

per  quite an old note (Doc ID 2711049.1) its not yet supported. is this feature available now?

can we change say - shipping instruction or flexfield on sales order created out of transfer order?
