How do I pull in an Employee Self-Rating for Fusion Performance reporting in OTBI?

I have found a way to pull the Manager's rating of the employee plus the managers overall comments on that rating in OTBI. However, I am having a hard time finding the employee's Self Rating and Comments. Need this for reporting to leaders.

EDIT: I pulled in the Overall Worker Rating, it works. Cant find Worker comments on rating still.
