Increase efficiency of a time card report

Summary:

I have created a time card details report (basically replicated the team time cards but via a query). It runs very slowly, the end users have a lot of parameter requirements. I have included the time record portion but there is also an absence part and several CTE's to pull in other data like Managers, Receiving Cost Center, etc... I am very new to time and these tables so any recommendations would be appreciated.
