Hello All,

For off-boarding checklist template, our client requires the employee to fills the handover form, signed by employee and line manager. Any idea if possible to have a questionnaire signed by the employee and the line manager?

What is supported in the following: However, is it user friendly ?

1- Create a task of type Advanced Task with Questionnaire and Electronic Signature (Performed: Worker)

2- Create a task Dependent Task (Performer: Line Manager) with Preceding Task (Above Task) with Task Type Electronic Signature
