OTL - Workforce Compliance Rules

Summary:

We have compliance rules set up for OTL to identify where an employee may not be on the correct contract of employment. The rules and rule sets have been configured, but notifications are not being sent for any potential breaches of the rules. I noticed that there is a Generate Time Exceptions from Compliance Rules process, is this something that needs to be run?
