Can we hide DFF on specific goal plan ?

I have a question here : Can we hide DFF on specific Goal Plan. We have two Goal Plans, in one of the Goal Plan we need to hide DFF field.

'Smart Goal' is the one the field, we want this should be enable only in one goal and for other goal plan we want to hide this. We used HRG_GOALS to create DFF

Can anyone help out here. Thank you in advance.
