I need a deep link  for Skills and Qualifications page -

where the HR will see that page to all employees.

I cannot find such deep link,

can anyone suggest what can I do?

can I find it by usinf the approval flow?

can I create it by adding some paramteres to the exists links ((NFX_VIEW_MY_SKILLS_AND_QUAL,NONE) .)?
