Oracle Search Enabled for ORA_PER_ORACLE_SEARCH_JOBSLOV_ENABLED

Indexing Ran for fa-hcm-job

Documentation only indicates improved relevancy of results, however, we can not determine how the relevancy is returned. Please advise.

Also looking for clarity on whether the relevancy is changed when PER_LOV_SEARCH_JOBS_STARTSWITH is enabled.

And finally, is it possible to change the column labels in the dropdown view for workflow pages as that is not an option in the Search Configuration in Design Studio.
