Daily Accrual balance

Summary:

We have a requirement that balance should be accrued daily basis. Is it possible to accrue and display balance daily basis?

Monthly entitlements 2 days.

Example- If employee search his balance with effective Jan 17th, then balance should be displayed as 1.13 days.

If employee search his balance with effective Jan 25th, then balance should be displayed as 1.66 days.
