Impact of new Legal Entities employees on current modules (Perf Mgmt, ORC, Compensation)

Good day!
I would like to get your insights on what are the possible impacts or needed effort once I create new Legal Entities on the below modules:
- Performance Management
- Recruiting Cloud
- Compensation
Kindly note that these 3 modules mentioned are already live and have a current set-up in the system. Our client acquired a company and they're planning to add them (new LEs + employees) in the current system. New employees will also be loaded in the system. No changes or additional requirement will be done in the current set-up.
To make sure these NEW employees will be able to use these modules, what actions/ items should be done first and be considered?
